March is slightly less cold than January and February and the snow is almost melted by this time. The average temperature in the valley is around 20 degrees during the day time and around 5 – 10 degrees during the night time. The Jalori Pass route is still inaccessible at this time but you don’t need to carry heavy woollens anymore.

April
The best time to visit Tirthan Valley is April when spring has just arrived in the valley. This is also the start of the tourist season here as the weather becomes pleasant and there is a lot to do around here. October
